Problems with Layer and Brushes

Hi,
I love Paintstorm so far, because it has many things that other programs do not have.
My problems
1. When I move from Layer 1 to Layer 2, Layer 2 does not display any color, it remains white. What is wrong there?
2. I have various abr files installed: Djahal rock 2009 abr and Djahal vegetal abr, but these were selected, but not executed.
Free Photoshop and Gimp Brushes by Jonas Dero abr were not installed. But I would like to have these in my Brushesbox.
And I have a suggestion:
It would be nice if it were possible to change quickly between two or more brushes. For example from a to b or c and then back to a?
