Pen Hotkey Problem

Hey guys, I'm having a problem using Paintstorm with my Huion Kamvas GT-191 tablet.
I can draw well enough, but I tried re-mapping the hotkey for "move canvas" to the middle pen button of my tablet and ran into a problem. See, when I made the middle button "space" and the hotkey for move canvas "space," pressing the middle button on my pen would make the move canvas cursor appear, but then trying to drag it across the screen caused it to immediately revert back to the brush tool without moving the canvas.
Is there any way I can configure Paintstorm and/or my tablet to make the middle click button on the pen function as the move canvas tool? Thank you.
