Possible to Color Pick BELOW current layer?

Post by Jessicruel » Sun Mar 11, 2018 9:39 pm

So if I decided to paint in a middle layer, with a dark overlay layer up above, and a base color below, how can I color pick from the bottom layer without the dark overlay above affecting color? All Im finding is pick from current layer but no "pick from under layer".

You can choose Dropper tool and enable "Pick from current layer" at the tool options (top line)

Yea not current layer, current layer AND below. Its basically so if you're painting on an empty layer, you can color pick from the layers below it. Im guessing thats a no though.
