Paintstorm Studio Desktop Crash won't reopen

I have had my desktop Paintstorm Studio Desktop version for two weeks it was working fine. All of a sudden it crashed now refuses to re-open despite deleting and reloading the software. I am working on a Mac.

In Finder->menu->GO->go to the folder
type: ~/Library/Application Support/
(~/Users/home/Library/Containers/com.paintstormstudio.paintstorm/Data/Library/Application Support/) for MAC Apple store version
find "Paintstorm Studio" folder and delete it
Reinstall
