Everytime that I tried to starting the app it doesn't give me the main screen all I got is a screen that looks like someone is turning on and off a flashlight right into my eyes. I don't know what to do! it was working perfectly till the last time I used it. and now, its so annoying. I need your answer ASAP. Thank you.

Try next:
1)Delete "Documents/Paintstorm Studio/" folder manually
2)Re-install Graphics card drivers with clean settings
