Log error

this is the 3rd mail that l have been sent about the same error. AND IT STILL HAPPENS AFTER A FEW USE. the prog is messed up it gives me flashes turning on and off again and again. and after that it says ERROR check your logs and when l try to check my logs there is nothing. there is no logs in the files. l delete the app manually and dowland again but it still the same even with 2.40 . help me immediately. thank you.
