Too many crashes while working/saving

I've lost many hours and a file was corrupted because of program crashes. Now the program can't be opened. It say an error has ocurred. Here is the log: (Even uninstalled, but it can't load any file. The error still crashes the program)

The same happened to me. The problem was that I activated the Vsync.
I uninstalled and installed the program again because I couldn't open the program to deselect it.

It's strange, it has happened to me for a couple days earlier on. I hadn't posted on the forum because I didn't have the time to deal with it (I was overdue for a market analysis of
these flats for sale in Berlin) but a week later, when I was done with the project and went back to Paintstorm, the issue had disappeared. Would it be a problem of compatibility with a version of the OS you're running, or an access authorization issue?
