Need to increase size of interface panels

I'm an "older" person using Paintstorm on a 4K monitor and I gotta tell ya it sucks. To put it bluntly it is impossible for me to use since the text and icons in the various interface panels are waaaaaay too small to read. I'm going to no doubt have to temporarily cripple my monitor by adjusting it to use Paintstorm and then revert back afterward. This is not convenient though, since there are many times when I jump out of painting programmes and go into something else.

So, what is needed is a way for the user to increase the text and icon sizes. I am a very new user so there may already be a way of doing this but I couldn't find any way when searching for an answer.

You need to increase global scale at menu-file-options.... but as we can see - many customers can't find this option, seems we must increase default global scale for the large screens.
