Ruler and tool for measuring

Similar to Photoshop and Krita. Having a ruler on the top and left edges of the document and a measuring tool. Along with pixel, inch, etc. measurements, allow for custom measurement distances.
I've been using Paintstorm the last couple days and I'm really enjoying it. After I finally got my old Wacom offset configured properly.
As a side note, although it probably won't stop me from buying, I would prefer the activate\deactivate type of license. Even if you only allow it to be activated on 1 computer at a time. Basically a license tied to a user not a computer.
