Bind Texture scale to Parameter?

I would like to be able to, for example, draw a textured tile floor in perspective. I notice that texture scale can be set to random scale per stroke, so I am hoping it may be possible to set it to a parameter/function- at least with the link to perspective parameter.

Ideally I could set up the tilt of my pen to change the texture scale.
Another possibility is linking texture scale to form size.
And another idea- linking squeeze with texture ratio.
Along the same notion- bind a function to rotate texture?

Would this be part of the z-buffer on the to-do list?
