Remember selected layers & locked layers for saved documents

As the title says, I would very much like it if the saved documents would have the same layer status when opened as when they were saved, this includes the currently selected layer and I suppose it's a bug that the program doesn't remember locked layers (because it does remember alpha locked and invisible layers properly)
