Hide Panel Title Bars

The title bars like Mixer,Reference, or Color etc etc. It would be a sleek design option if we could hide those title bars so its just the panels contents like the color wheel.
You could put a "Hide Title Bar" option in the View menu up top that toggles them on or off so you could move them where you want, then lock them in place.
