Brush categories

Brush categories are OK just...a bit "stiff" in my opinion.
Categories could be replaced by tags.

If each brush gets one or more specific tags, then it's easy to mix and organize brushes on the fly.
Brushes are pretty personal and we need not a ton to work well but get the right ones in one or more personal categories.
Brushes could stay in one big list.
