[Suggestion] Crop Aspect Ratio setting and Auto-crop to selection

Gives Crop tool an input box for locking aspect ratios. Also give quick presets of the usual aspect ratios such as 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 21:9 etc.
Press C after a selection auto-crops to selection boundary for more precise cropping. Good for making png assets.
