Reference Pane improvements

Wouldn't mind the option of loading images directly into the Reference pane. Currently, if you're using lots of reference, you need to constantly navigate away from the image you're working on when loading reference.

It would also be handy to have a Flip Horizontal option actually on the Reference pane that affects only the Reference pane and not the referenced image. At the moment you need to navigate to the image and physically change it, which is an extra step and also prompts to save when you quit the image. It was actually better in previous versions when at least you could use the Flip Canvas option on the Navigator, although you still had to navigate away to do it, but now the Flip Canvas doesn't affect the Reference image.

Whilst I'm at it, I would find useful an option on the Reference Pane to view in Black and White, again only affecting the Reference pane and not the referenced image or anything else.
