Hi, I'm facing the same problem, I have to install WinTab driver to make it works. But at the same time WinTab ruins another software Pen's sensitivity (such as Adobe Illustrator) I feel more comfortable with the default driver comes with Windows 10 and it works in most modern software (I'm glad the Clip Studio works great). But since I bought Paintstorm too I also want to use it. Anyway, this problem occurs equally with Krita (another Free Open-Source painting software). I hope both software support new engine from Microsoft, so the newer tablet that use the new protocol (Windows Ink, I think) get benefit crossing with Wacom, WinTab old school technology.
