Save as psd and Jpg

Hi, to all.
I am using iPad pro .
I have saved the same painting as psd and jpg ..... ( I try to add text in PC photoshop)...... I find the jpg colour is OK. but the psd ( with layer) file ... for the Add layer. it is much less Dodge effect ( not bright as in paintstrom ). Or is it just happen to me

Seems that color profile of photoshop is different than ipad, maybe it's Apple RGB color vs Adobe RGB color... Paintstorm get profile from OS

Can anyone else test it?
