Canvas flip not in canvas center

There's one thing that could be improved in navigation.

When flipping the canvas either horizontally or vertically the flip is made considering the UI center not the CANVAS center.

Therefore if you're working on one side of the UI and flip the canvas, the canvas is sent to the other extreme when flipped.

Is it actual for all workspaces(you can switch it by f5 f6 f7... buttons)? or only for your special workspace?
