Tablet issue and GPU issue

Two different issues. Just got a new Cintiq and had two monitors briefly (back to just the Cintiq now). Paintstorm was running fine but now when I go into Paintstorm the cursor appears too far to the right to use Paintstorm. I saw a post in here about changing a .txt file if mapping is messed up but that file wasn't in my data folder and going into tablet settings and changing the x or y offset settings appeared to do nothing. Tried uninstalling and re-installing but the problem still exists.
A separate issue when 2.0 was working was that occasionally using the GPU acceleration in the top right caused brushes to create strange artifacts and colors that made GPU acceleration unusable.
