Brushes don't paint with full transparency

Hello,
I am having problems with all my brushes. Tried resetting everything to default, but didn't solve the problem. Basically what happens is that no matter how much I push with my pen I don't get 100% opacity/transparency even though my sliders are set to 100. This started happening from the last update.
