Cut&paste results are antialiased

When you cut and then paste you get a white border between the cut and pasted areas. It would be nice if you could toggle antialiasing (if that's the problem) so you can have perfect cut&paste (or copy&paste) results.

same is in Photoshop... if you'll off antialising, you''l get ugly border after you'll begin to draw on this new layer... or describe the real situation

Okay, for example when you want to warp a specific part of an image. There's no way to accurately select the area (you get a square but that's it) so you select and cut the part you need, then modify the new layer with warp, then merge the layer down again. You end up with an ugly edge because of the antialiasing.

Or when you want to move something to another layer and not have to fill in the edges of the cut and pasted layers.

if you warping inside the selected peace you don't need to take a new layer, just select area and apply warp... but for example, if you move some parts out of a selected area - the aliased borders will be ugly visible.
