Hi!
I'm on an ipad.
Somewhat, I've lost the brush panel.
The whole workspace is customised, so I would like to avoid restoring/switching to another workspace.
I tried on/off through the view panel, but the brush panel doesn't come back.
I tried also restarting

Any idea how I can get it back / how I ended up losing it?

You can restore only all UI layout of current workspace. But you can save your custom UI and load it if something will be lost (for unknown reason).
Use Menu-other-Reset to default-Reset panels layout
