Hello, I bought the paintstorm studio and I was loving it. But recently there was an error that made it impossible for me to use the program, I tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the program, but the error continues, I would like me to take fair action. if possible, I would send print screen,
The toolbars seem to have lost their opacity to the point of not being able to see or use them, I have not configured anything for this and I do not know what to do, please

1)try to delete "Documents/Paintstorm studio/" folder manually
2)If (1) will not help: try to reinstall graphics card drivers.
