Black boxes while openning psd issue

this artwork was made in photoshop , and I try to rework it in paintstorm, but when I open it, this blackbox happen (see image below).
I think this is not "incompatible because another software" issue , why? because I can "fix" it just by hide and unhide the layers that may cause this problem, but
doing this all time isn't user friendly, so I hope paintstorm can fix it for the next update soon .
