Main screen issues

On my first time using Paintstorm, i've had no issues, everything loaded, the pressure stuff worked, everything seemed fine. I stopped using it for a while, and I decide to use it again, then lo and behold..... it loaded up like usual, but I can't see anything but the color box....

idk what's up, but pls help me fix it. i was looking forward to using this

- this is how it looks if i open an image. the grey spaces outside the image are if i scroll my mouse over the options
