Missing Or Out of Bounds Palette subwindows

In a painstorm workspace I use I'm trying to enable my mixer palette. This palette and other ones are either missing or are out of bounds and thus unreachable with my stylus and fingers. Is there a way to reset the characteristics of my subwindows/palettes and bring them to the center of my canvas so that I can interact with them?
