Paintstorm 2.10 Freezes/runs slow at start

Hello! Recently i've purchased Paintstorm.
I installed it and everything went normal.
But when i launched the program it runs extremely slow, it shows me the UI, but i can't even click on register box that moves one diagonal space every sec.
Could you please tell me how can i solve this?
