Interface setup not saving/loading properly

The interface is either not saving or not loading properly. The menus I normally have on the far right somehow end up in the middle when I start up Paintstorm. Even if I save the layout again in the proper places, it still loads them incorrectly once I restart paintstorm. See screenshots.
OSX High Sierra 10.13.3

Do you have a single monitor? This could happen if Paintstorm window has been folded and unfolded, for example - setup on 2560x1440 and folded to 1920x1080 then back.

I use two monitors.
Also tested it in the latest release (2.20-150118) and it does the same thing.

You can try next trick: switch to another workspace (f5,f6,f7,f8,f9 hotkeys) before the exit and back to your next time.

I tried that, it doesn't work.
