Custom window collapsed issues

I use the color wheel and the HSV sliders in the custom 1 window, in order to get them showed at the cursor location with the default C shortcut. But if I collapse the custom 1 window, so that it shows only the top title bar, when I call it with the C shortcut I can see its content but it is actually disabled, so I cannot choose a color anymore. And the current tool just ignores the custom1 content and works as if it was not there. I can paint with the cursor over the color cuad or the sliders. Of course it is just a matter of letting the custom window expanded, but I think it is something should be fixed somehow.
