[BUG?] A small issue while zooming

Hello
I have a small request. Can we disable color picking and ruler position setting while zooming in/out?
I am using a wacom tablet and the first button on pen is set for zooming and if i press the tablet while pressing that button and move up/down, then the canvas zoomes in/out.
If brush is selected, brush draws nothing during zooming like it should be. But if color picker is selected, then during the zooming the color constantly changes depending on what color it is on. Or if the ruler is working, then during the zooming the ruler's center keeps changing.
