Where are all those foliage brushes? and demo brush question

Hi there, are foliage brushes part of the program or they need to be installed separately? I went through all the brushes and they aren't there. I dare suggest if so, they should be default. Anyone who draws comics wants them.
Also, a lot of brushes have the title demo this and demo that. Does it mean my program is still demo somehow?
