Can´t Update on Win 10 to 2.21

I download the 64 bit version for my system and when i try to install it, it says it isn´t the right version.
When i start the exe as an Admin it tells me the file i just clicked isn´t there.

paintstormsetup_v.21_x64.exe could not be found

the very exe i click can´t be found? Any ideas?

Try another browser and be sure that your antivirus do not delete it as unknown exe
