Hi, I just tried this program today (and got impressed!). I encountered two small issues and found their solutions. I post it here as it may be helpful for others or even the developers.
OS: Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon
PSS: 2.3 0-040618 Linux version 64bit
Issue 1: after installing (following the official instruction), Paintstorm can't start due to missing libGLEW.so.1.13
Solution: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLEW.so.2.0 /usr/lib/libGLEW.so.1.13
Issue 2: no pen pressure (i.e., pen acts binary, like mouse). I am using ugee instead of wacom, but other programs work fine with pen pressure.
Solution: reinstall xserver-xorg-input-wacom using synaptic
