Fullscreen Issue.

I just recently updated my Paintstorm and immediately ran into an issue... When I attempt to put it into fullscreen it acts up and doesn't show as fullscreen... I attempted to redownload Paintstorm but the issue is still present.

Does your Windows taskbar place at the bottom? (default)
