temporary response on layer visibility click?

I have found a strange behavior: Clicking on the visibility of a layer (while the layer is selected) only changes the visibility while the button is held. As soon as you release the button it becomes visible again, even if it is a single click. However, if you have a different layer selected, and click the visibility of another layer, it works as it should, and toggles the layer visibility.
Same thing happens whether clicking with mouse or tablet.

Never mind, looks like this was fixed by the hotfix update.
