Changing the opacity with Hotkey has unexpected results in the opacity of the custom panel.
(The screen was recorded as a gif animation)
However, there is no problem if the brush panel is displayed.

Displays the Brush panel. no problem.
Second image.
Hide the brush panel. Unexpected value for opacity.

I set the opacity on the numeric keypad, and when I clicked on it, the opacity value became -214748.
I can't move the opacity slider until I restart the app.
-214748. This is the same invalid value as for "September 29, 2019, 19:41".
