Issue: PaintStorm will not launch on graphics tablet display unless it is set to the primary [1st] display
First Occurrence of Issue: 6/3/2020 2PM PST
Tablet: Huion Kamvas Pro 13
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition
Attempts to Fix Issue Tried: Reinstalling Paintstorm, Reinstalling Tablet, Starting Paintstorm in Display 1 then dragging to Display 2 (Pen clicks not recognized)
Other Notes: Graphics Card Driver up to date and Tablet Driver up to date as well. When the tablet is set as Display 1 PSS launches fine but this is not an ideal fix.

I have been using PSS as my primary art program for a while now and have had no issues until this one. This issue appeared within the course of a day with no changes made to the computer that I can recall. I hope that someone has some answers as to how to fix this issue because I like the program and I would like to continue to use it.
