Paintstorm Studio 2.46 not working with Huion Kamvas pro 13 in Windows 10

Today after some time not using it, I installed the latest version of Paintstorm Studio (2.46-081020) just to realise that it was not recognising input from my Huion Kamvas pro 13 (which used to work just fine in the past with Paintstorm). I can see that it must be detecting the pen, since when I move it over the interface sliders, I can see the mouse cursor moving with the pen, but the minute I touch the screen with the pen, no input will go through, neither on the controls nor the canvas. I have tried both enabling and disabling Windows ink, to no avail. Also worth mentioning that all other softwares work just fine. The ones that I've tried were Clip Studio Paint, Krita, Blender, Leonardo and Affinity Designer, all working perfectly with the pen, it's Paintstorm the only software not working with the pen display.
