Why does this pop-up appear everytime I try to paint ??

Hello! I'm new around here, I'm new using this program and I'm not native English speaker, so forgive if I make some basic questions or write something wrong..
First, I really like some of the functionalities of this program, but something that is really irritating me is this pop up window every time I try to paint something with more detail. I send the print screen. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or the tablet is not very good, I don't know. Please I would like some feedback.

It's a right-click, I don't know why, but your pen calls "right-click" on a tablet touch, check the tablet settings
