Optimal settings

Hello I have a GTX 970, I7 4770k intel processor and 32 gigabytes of ram. I cant really stream drawing in paintstorm studio because of the lag in a 3000x3000 72 resolution canvas.

Are there any settings I can change or is my computer garbage or something? GPU acceleration is turned on in top right. I have V-sync turned off.

what I see on the screenshot - GPU version is enough, but the GPU button at the top-right corner is grey(not working) ... But I can't understand why.
Is it always grey for all brushes?
