To switch brush into Clone tool mode, click the Clone button 
at the Brush settings panel
In Clone mode, all color sliders are not given any effect.
You can find Clone settings at the Tool options panel 
By default, clone will be pick information from current layer, but you can choose “All layers” and “Reference layer”
To show clone Target use ALT+Click combination: Hold ALT key and click on the place you want to clone. Release at and start to drawing (clonning).
There are 3 modes fro Clone tool in Paintstorm:
Classic mode: Clone tool repeats target area
Straight mode: Clone tool repeats target area for every new stroke
Duplication mode: Clone tool repeats target area in every stamp
