To open a required image in the reference panel click on the list-box at the top of the panel and select one of the opened document.
To pan inside reference panel – just click by pen, hold, and pan.
To zoom – use zoom tool or “fast zoom” hotkeys combination” ctrl+space+”drag by pen”
If you have many references, you can combine it in the one document and use Pand and Zoom to focus at the required ref.:
