Attention! From version 2.31 Paintstorm require OpenGL 3.2 or higher.
You can check your OpenGL version in Paintstorm Menu->File->Options-OpenGL
Intended issue: If you see a black screen instead of a white canvas try to update your graphics card drivers. If the issue still not solved you can install older Paintstorm version:
