update your drivers it worked for me. I have pressure sensitivity now, just the ui scaling, and gestures still don't work.

I'm on a surface pro 4 as well. I have no pressure sensitivity, and theres some serious scaling issues like photoshop. Its a shame. Looks like painter is the only option I have for now.
