At first i used coordonate mouse mode. It seems to fix the issue but in the end not really. So i did you suggested , reinstall the cintiq driver and all is well now. Thanks!

Finally i went in tablet setting, i turned on coordonate mouse mode and nomore lag.

I just updated Paintstorm and driver for nvidia geforce 660 and i have a 3570k cpu, 32 gig ram. I get pretty strong lag when using wacom pen (first generation cintiq 22inch).
