For anybody who hasn't tried lately, Wacom Art Pen rotation is working again in Paintstorm Studio on macOS High Sierra.
Tested with PSS 2.20 and 2.21, Wacom driver 6.3.29-6, macOS 10.13.3.

Update to my previous post: With macOS Sierra and the GTX 1080, the artifacts still appear, but they are much more subtle.

I have been using PSS for a brief time now on another workstation with macOS Sierra, GTX 1080, and the nVidia web drivers for macOS and have not yet experienced this issue on this computer. Hope this information may be useful.
