When you cut and then paste you get a white border between the cut and pasted areas. It would be nice if you could toggle antialiasing (if that's the problem) so you can have perfect cut&paste (or copy&paste) results.

Hm, your difference is too much, is it happens with a special brush or every time? I had the same issue, try Dirty impasto oil, it gets a lot darker when you toggle GPU.
