The only thing you have to consider is, NOT all pen tablet support tilt (include mine) you can check wacom site for example ,I think only cintiq and pro has a tilt feature maybe that's useless for you but useful for other ppl here an example initial brush setting I have in photoshop brush.jpg paints...
