I'm sorry for asking this, but how do you put this brush into Paintstorm?
It is a .rar and I've only put .psd into my Paintstorm before.

A brush in Paintstorm for making water such as water in rivers or sea waves would by nice. It was just a suggestion.

If these features are already in Paintstorm Studio, please tell me where I can find them.

Ability to Resize and Rotate Layers
Ruler-like Tool to draw perfect circles
Tool or Brush for drawing fur and fuzz
Tool or Brush for drawing water
