i have the same problem , only that i can't even open it , the first thing popup is the error box
i did also tried to delete the document / paintstorm studio , and it doesn't do anything

I've just bought licenses but having trouble to open
like usually it show me the error box and the log
I've read all the error topic and try but still can't open ( aka try to delete the document/paintstorm Studio file manually)
please help as fast as possible
